Essential storage
A security cookie validates enquiry submissions. Staff sign-in uses a separate, private session lasting up to eight hours. Cookie choices are stored on your device for 180 days. These technologies are necessary to provide and protect the service.
Analytics
With permission, our server counts page views, contact clicks and form progress in daily aggregates retained for 90 days. These counts exclude names and form answers. To measure visitors, sessions and conversions, we create a random visitor identifier in local storage for up to 180 days and a session identifier in session storage that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. The server stores keyed hashes of these identifiers, rather than the original identifiers, for up to 90 days. Campaign labels supplied in approved UTM parameters may be kept in session storage and attached to your submitted enquiry to identify its source. Only the hostname of an external referrer is retained; query strings and full referral URLs are excluded.
Google measurement
When a Google Analytics or Tag Manager account is connected, consenting visitors may also send approved measurement events to Google. Analytics can use identifiers and cookies to measure sessions and conversions. Advertising consent is separate and controls advertising storage, user data and personalisation. No Google tag is requested before you allow an optional category. Staff pages never load public measurement tags.
Advertising
Advertising integrations require both account configuration and the relevant consent. No Facebook or LinkedIn pixel is currently configured. Allowing advertising does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Future integrations must meet these same consent requirements before publication.
Change your choice
Use Cookie preferences in the footer to accept, reject or select categories. Withdrawing permission stops optional measurement, removes campaign storage and our visitor/session identifiers and clears supported measurement cookies on this website. If tags were loaded, the page reloads to apply your change. Clearing browser storage will cause us to ask again.
