When you contact us, we collect the details you provide, including your name, company, work email, phone number, business requirements and any supporting document. Project enquiries also record the selected service or capability showcase and the referring section of this website. We do not store referring query strings. We also process limited technical information for security, including a pseudonymous rate-limiting identifier and request times.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements, prepare for a potential business relationship and protect the website against abuse. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Supporting documents
Only upload information that you are authorised to share. Do not include passwords, identity documents, financial account credentials or unnecessary personal information about employees or customers. Supporting documents are stored privately and are not published on the website.
Service providers and access
Information may be processed by hosting and transactional email providers acting on our instructions. Access is limited to people and providers who need it to handle your enquiry or operate the service. Where processing takes place outside South Africa, appropriate safeguards must apply under applicable law.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably required to handle the enquiry, maintain a relevant business record or meet legal obligations.
